Why am I asked for a minimal deposit when selecting a bid?

Because we wanted to secure you with the best repair cost possible, the deposit will lock your price down with the shop in case they fluctuate.

What happens after I select the bid?

You’ll be promptly contacted by the selected shop at scheduling repair date and time.

What if I decided not to get car repair but gave a deposit?

• We will credit you back for the deposited amount and you’ll receive a customer service call for reason.
• Or you can choose another shop more befitting to your needs and expectation.

How does fixcarbids.com Tow service work?

• Driver can simply enter name, location address and destination and fixcarbids.com will search available tow trucks within 5 mile radius of vehicle location. Select one and customer will be contacted by tow truck driver.
• Most of our tow service charges $75 for hook up with first 3 miles free.
